Local 171 Hold Fred Long Memorial Picnic
Assistant Director George Palmer and CAP/Retired Workers Representative Mark Dowell & Retired CAP/Retired Workers Representative Jim Rogers were in attendance for the Fred Long Memorial Picnic, Local 171 in Williamsport, MD.
